Lanre holds an MBA from Boston University and also Agile Certification.  He has two boys and is married to Hilina D. Ajakaiye.

Ismail's role in these organizations involved leading teams in the development and execution of digital campaigns that successfully attracted millions of views, increased customer engagement, and improved customer lifetime value. As a digital marketing consultant, Ismail has effectively assisted small to mid-size businesses in utilizing digital strategies to compete with major players in their industries. Farouk Ajakaiye is a Marketing & Brand Strategist & Video Marketing expert previously living in New York City establishing a highly successful career as a Marketing Strategist for some of the largest advertising agencies and brands in the world.

During this time, he worked for agencies like Ogilvy & Mather, Havas Worldwide, Wunderman Thompson Health & VMLY&R, helping to improve the digital, brand, and social media presences for brands like Rolex, IBM, American Express, Pfizer, SAP & Nationwide Insurance (to name a few).

A Providence, Rhode Island native growing up in the Historic Elmwood neighborhood, Farouk has always had a passion for creativity, collaboration, and seeing other people grow.

After graduating from The University of Rhode Island with a major in Communications and a minor in Marketing. He started shooting and editing videos as a hobby in 2015,
but has since evolved his skillset. He is an expert at helping small to medium-sized organizations create videos that they can use for marketing purposes, create impact and generate profit from.
